Touch have been working with Fiordland Discovery for some time, within which we have made improvements to Google Ad campaigns, Social ad campaigns and supported with offline activity.
But with the massive impact to the Tourism industry this year, Fiordland Discovery wanted to take the time to revisit their whole digital offering and prepare themselves to be in the best possible position to capitalise on likely border openings in 2021.
This uncovered several aspects of their online business that could be remedied in the lead up to the borders being open. With NZ tourists still travelling it gave us an excellent opportunity to test and implement and improve various key touchpoints of their digital offering.
